The EARN and Work Ready Programs provide a positive

and gradual introduction to work by offering job readiness

and job search assistance to TANF (Temporary Assistance

to Needy Families) clients as they are referred by the

Chester County Assistance Office.

Employment provides youth with access

to opportunities for educational enrichment,

career development and job placement services.

is the place where in-school and

out-of-school youth and young adults in

Chester County, within the ages of 14-21,

can attend classes for:

• Academic remediation

• Workforce development

• GED preparation

• Vocational training

• Post-secondary education preparation
