Since 2009, the Tyanna Foundation has raised more than $200,000 for Virtua’s Tyanna Barre O’Brien Breast Care Comfort Fund! J U N E 3 0 , 2 0 1 8 Propel 100 Goals Start Now, a Burlington County based fitness and wellness advocacy group, held its premiere Propel 100 cycling event on June 30. This group is “moving forward to save lives!” Goals Start Now fundraising efforts will support oncology services at Virtua Memorial Hospital. J U N E 1 2 , 2 0 1 8 Hearts to Hospitals On June 12, students from the Diocese ofTrenton grammar schools visited Virtua Memorial to donate countless toys and gift cards to lift the spirits of the children Virtua serves. They even brought treats for the hospital staff to enjoy, as well as a huge stack of handmade cards to distribute to the hospital staff! J U N E 2 2 - 2 3 , 2 0 1 8 Smash Breast Cancer This two-day celebration, held on June 22 and 23, featured a dinner dance and competitions in golf, tennis and swimming to benefit Virtua’sTyanna Barre O’Brien Breast Care Comfort Fund.
