All of these conditions disproportionately affect children in low-income neighborhoods, where resources for quality care are scarce and families often face obstacles that make traveling to doctor’s appointments impossible. On June 7, 2018, Virtua launched a program that will help solve this problem across South Jersey by bringing a range of services directly to underserved children up to age 5 in Burlington, Camden and Gloucester counties.
